YOGA & MEDITATION

MY YOGA is a kind of meditation in motion. A mixture of dynamic, powerful as well as gentle and meditative asanas (body exercises) with wonderfully lasting depth effect. 

YIN YOGA is the meditative yoga style. Gentle physical exercises are in the foreground here. The individual exercises are practiced while sitting or lying down and are held for several minutes, with the breath flowing calmly.

In addition, meridians in the body are addressed and tensions released, so that the chi the life-energy can flow freely and heal.

YANG YOGA corresponds to the dynamic Vinyasa Yoga. Strengthening body exercises, as well as breathing exercises, Pranayama techniques, stand in the foreground.

 

The sequences of the individual asanas are composed in such a way that body and breath vibrate in harmony. This provides for new strength, fresh energy, inner peace and well-being and helps to a clear and calm mind.

Deep relaxation and meditation are the easiest and best methods to restore the balance between body and soul.

I have produced a number of relaxation audio books on CD and for you to download.

For now all CD's have been recorded in german, however I'm planning to record the english versions too.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation after Jacobson is a scientifically recognized deep relaxation method. By tensioning and letting go of individual muscle groups in the body, muscle tensions are released, body perception changes and a state of deep physical and psychological relaxation develops.

In Relaxation for Kids - Part 1 the fantasy journeys to the eight animals and a tree give the child's soul peace, provide strength and concentration, encourage courage, strengthen self-confidence, support the child's creativity and help to achieve a healthy sleep.

Autogenic Training is a relaxation method inspired by Hypnosis, Yoga and Zen-Meditation. The conscious concentration on one's own body leads through an intensive body awareness to deep relaxation, inner peace and serenity and to a relaxed sleep.

My many years of practical experience have taught me to read the language of body and soul. I accompany and heal people on their way to themselves and a happier and healthier life.

 

Furthermore I produce with pedagogical "know-how" and a lot of heart blood relaxation audio books.

I have almost 10 years of practice as a pilates trainer, am Yoga Alliance RYT 200h certified yoga teacher and a licensed relaxation pedagogue with a focus on meditation.

 

In addition, I am an actress with over 20 years of film and tv experience (IMDB) and a screenwriter.
